Getting ready for your telemedicine appointment

1. We need patient (child) with parent(s)/guardian unless child is 18 years old or older
2. Check patient’s weight and temperature at home
3. Make sure your camera and microphone are working properly with good internet connection. Google Chrome is the recommended browser
4. Find a quiet and well-lit location *Please avoid having the telemedicine visit while driving
5. Log in at your appointment time and wait in the virtual waiting room
